A 90 KL (90,000-liter) Zincalume water tank is a heavy-duty, modular bolted cylindrical storage container made from an alloy-coated steel with a typical lifespan of 25 to 40 years.

Specifications & Description

Capacity: 90,000 liters (90 KL)

Material Composition: Steel coated with an alloy of 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, and 1.5% Silicon, offering corrosion resistance up to four times greater than standard galvanized steel.

Design & Construction: Modular bolted panel construction with corrugated steel sheets, designed for rapid on-site assembly.

Internal Lining: Fitted with a food-grade PVC, EPDM, or reinforced liner to ensure hygienic, leak-proof water containment.

Shape & Finish: Cylindrical shape with a metallic silver, grey, or specialized white/color-coated exterior finish.
